Fast Fashion Therapy

A collaboration between Eleanor & Sarah, we were introduced by the team at St. Margaret's House in 2018. The original idea for the name came from creating a workshop space that acted as a practical therapy for our collective addiction to fast fashion. The workshop also offers a therapeutic space for slowing down and taking a more mindful approach to fashion.

 Every month, we host free workshops at community spaces across London and online. We are also available for private workshops. You can find us in Bethnal Green, Brixton and Edgware for in person workshops in London. We also have a mend-a-long session once a month via Zoom to encourage us to repair our clothes for an hour each month.
